TarlaOne is a high technology hydroponic vegetable production project. Our Bonab project is located at the northwest of Iran with a total production area of 150,000 sqm. The location is easily connected to the border country borders at the north and west within 4 hours.

The project is being implemented by technical cooperation of “AYS Proje” company of Turkey and is going to turn into the biggest and most sophisticated modern greenhouse of its kind in the northwest region of Iran.

Vision

Our vision is to elevate the standards of the plastic glazed greenhouses in terms of technical designed and construction as well as production management in order to supply the commercial markets with the steady flow of products at the quality, quantity and verities required by customers.

Product Qualities

The quality of hydroponic greenhouse products can be quite high due to the controlled environment in which they are grown. Here are some factors that contribute to the quality of the products:

Consistency

A consistent environment with controlled temperature, humidity, and light levels is provided. This consistency allows for predictable and reliable plant growth, resulting in uniformity in size, shape, color, and flavor of the harvested produce.

Nutrient Control

In this method, nutrients are delivered directly to the plant's roots in a water-based solution. This precise control over nutrient composition ensures that plants receive optimal nutrition, leading to healthier and more nutrient-dense crops.

Water Management

Hydroponics uses recirculating systems. This efficient water management reduces water usage compared to traditional soil-based agriculture. Furthermore, the controlled irrigation systems prevent over or under watering, minimizing the risk of diseases caused by excessive moisture.

Disease and Pest Control

These systems are less susceptible to soil-borne diseases and pests, which can often affect plants in traditional soil-based agriculture. Without soil, hydroponic plants are less likely to encounter pathogens and pests, resulting in cleaner and healthier produce.

Reduced Chemical Use

With proper management and monitoring, greenhouses can require fewer pesticides and fertilizers compare to traditional farming methods. This reduction in chemical use can contribute to higher-quality, more environmentally friendly produce.

Longer Growing Seasons

Hydroponic greenhouses enable year-round cultivation, eliminating the constraints imposed by seasonal variations. This extended growing season allows for continuous production, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality produce regardless of external climate conditions.
